This data is stored within the App’s private storage on your device and does not leave the platform unless you manually choose to export it.

3. Geocoding Data: For location-based features, you may allow the App to send your location coordinates to a third-party geocoding service. This is optional; the App can function fully offline without this.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

1. Local Processing: Your information is stored in a private database on your device. It is used solely within the organization or environment in which you operate the App. The data helps manage multiple users, track usage, and facilitate user authentication.

2. Multi-User Environment: When used in an environment with multiple users (e.g., multiple operators), each user’s information is protected by their unique username and PIN, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access their data.

3. User-Initiated Data Sharing: You can export your data to a CSV file or similar format. Any CSV exports are user-initiated and include only the data you wish to share. The data in the exported file is fully visible to you, ensuring transparency about what is being shared.

4. Optional Geocoding: If you enable location features, your coordinates may be sent to a geocoding provider to convert them into readable addresses. We do not store or share additional data alongside the coordinates, nor do we sync this data to any Company-operated cloud.

5. Future Changes: We may introduce new functionalities involving data processing or cloud storage in later versions. The updated application will have a link to the latest privacy policy. Please review them periodically.

1. Local Data: All personal data and measurements remain on your device’s storage until you choose to delete them or uninstall the App. We do not have remote access to remove or alter your locally stored data.

2. Exported Data: Once you export data to a CSV or other format, you are responsible for safeguarding that exported file according to your organization’s security policies.

8. User Responsibilities

1. Credential Management: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and PIN. Unauthorized access resulting from sharing or mishandling your credentials is your responsibility.

2. Data Sharing: Only share data through the App’s export functionality if you are comfortable with the recipient’s data protection practices.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

1. Version Updates: We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our data processing or additional features.

2. Continued Use: Your continued use of the App after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, discontinue the use of the App.
