Fully automatic active-clay (bentonite) testing with a machine-vision endpoint. The Versatile VMBD runs the complete AFS 2211-17-S methylene-blue clay test (boiling method) on its own and reads the halo on the filter paper by computer vision, giving an objective, repeatable active-clay percentage with close to zero operator input.
How it works: the VMBD heats, cools and stirs the sample, then titrates methylene-blue solution while a camera images the halo after each addition. Computer vision measures the halo width and calls the endpoint the moment absorption is complete. Every iteration is logged with its image, so the result is fully auditable.

1.1 General information
The fully automatic Digital Methylene Blue Clay Tester has been designed for checking the active clay percentage in bentonite bonded sands.
This equipment is equipped with a heating, cooling, stirring and sensing systems which are electronically controlled. The equipment comes with a touchscreen display and the capability to communicate over Ethernet and Cloud Sync using V-Sync device
1.2 General Usage
Digital Methylene Blue Clay Tester is used to determine Active Clay of Foundry Moulding Sand.
After prepping the equipment, put in sand sample, Press start and wait for results.
