Black Box
A sand laboratory that handles its own samples, reads its own specimens and reports without anyone standing at the bench.
Off-line equipment has no say in the mould being made now
A sample carried to a laboratory is answered in twenty to forty-five minutes. By then the sand it came from has already been moulded. Black Box puts the measurement where the decision is, so the reading arrives while it can still change something.
It is one enclosure: sample handling, preparation, measurement and reporting, configured for the tests a given foundry actually runs.

Microstructure and spectro, with automated sample preparation and image analysis.
Engineered with Sahas Labs
Black Box is a Versatile product, engineered in collaboration with Sahas Labs Pvt Ltd of Kolhapur. It registers itself on the process network over Modbus TCP and MQTT, so readings land where your process data already lives without hand-mapping tags.
