Versatile Equipments Pvt Ltd
Foundry sand testing and control
Laboratory instruments and on-line control for foundry sands, made in Kolhapur since 1966 and used by more than 9,000 foundries, raw material suppliers and research laboratories in over 40 countries.
Certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949. The V-CAT series measures green sand at the line; Black Box runs the whole laboratory without an operator.

Precision machining
Machined components and built-up assemblies: valve stems, bodies, adapters and balls; hubs in grey and ductile iron; rocker arm assemblies; shifter levers and forks; and specialty fasteners in Inconel, Monel and titanium.
Turn-mill, vertical and horizontal machining, CNC turning and induction hardening, with a metrology room that includes a coordinate measuring machine, contour and surface roughness testers, shadowgraph and air gauges.
Where IATF 16949 applies, Anicon supplies through Versatile Equipments, which holds the certification.
Sahas Labs Pvt Ltd
Sensing, instrumentation and cloud
Founded in Kolhapur in 2024, Sahas Labs works on oil and water quality monitoring and on the connected instrumentation behind it, from the sensor to the dashboard.
Sahas Labs and Versatile hold a memorandum of understanding, and co-engineered Black Box, the autonomous testing laboratory.
